Unexpected loss of resources have caused us to cancel this event. Please look to help with our April Cleanup!

Please join us for a day of cleaning trash from the Laguna Madre, off Steve Thompson Wildlife Drive.

Volunteers should arrive at 9:00 am at the STWD entrance off FM. 106 just east of Buena Vista Blvd.

• We will be leaving promptly at 9:15 am to the clean-up site;
• No additional participants will be accepted after 9:15 am; we apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please bring refillable water containers, as well as work gloves.
• Prepare for up to 2 miles of walking on sandy, uneven, wet terrain.
• Carrying heavy supplies over soft sand is required.
• Closed-toed footwear and long pants and shirts are highly recommended.
• Trash bags and water will be provided.
